To request additional training on the Ricochet system, scroll down to the bottom of this article and click the "Not Helpful" button and submit a ticket to our team.  

Please use the Primary Issue / Topic of "Custom Paid Training" and proceed to choose the industry you are in to submit the request.

We will need a detailed description of what type of training you're looking for and we'll get your request to the appropriate training team.

NOTE:  Additional training that is requested outside of your normal onboarding sessions is a paid feature that is subject to an hourly charge to be determined by the person scheduling the training.
