How can I filter out leads that have been called and only show leads that haven’t been called today?

Purpose: Explain how to temporarily filter the Lead Management page to display only leads that have not been called yet on the current day.

Description

This article walks through using the “Not Called Today” toggle on the Lead Management page to hide leads that have already been contacted since midnight and focus only on leads that have not yet been called. It also explains how to return to the full lead view once filtering is no longer needed.

1. To show leads that have not been called yet on the current day, click the toggle button from Off to On

2. Note that the total number of leads displayed will decrease to only show you the number of leads that have not been called yet since midnight of the current day.

3. To return to normal view of your leads, either click Clear Filters or click the toggle button off
