Description

This article explains the function of the + symbol in the Text Messaging Actions column. It shows Admin/Branch Managers how to assign an existing text conversation to another user so that the selected user can view and respond to the conversation.

1. The + symbol on the Text Dashboard allows you to assign a text conversation to another user to see and respond.

First, click Text Messaging

2. Click the + symbol

3. Click the dropdown menu to select another user to assign the text message conversation to.

4. Click Assign

5. Click Close once the green notification appears at the bottom right side of the screen that the message was assigned.
