Admins for Perfect Voicemail files seen by all users: To delete a Perfect Voicemail file that is seen by all users, navigate to Configuration --> Company Settings --> Perfect Voicemail, expand the section and click the red X next to the Perfect Voicemail file you wish to delete. Click Save Voicemail Settings, then click Save at the bottom of the Company Settings page and ask all users to refresh once the settings are saved. Non-Admins for Perfect Voicemail files seen by user only: To delete a Perfect Voicemail file that is uploaded and seen only by the user, navigate to Configuration --> User Settings --> Perfect Voicemail Settings, click the red X next to the Perfect Voicemail file you wish to delete. Click "Save Voicemail Settings" and refresh your browser after the settings are saved.
