How can I allow agents to assign a task to another agent? Print

To allow agents to assign a task to another agent, navigate to Configuration --> Company Settings --> Task Settings and enable the setting "Allow agents to assign a task to another agent".  Once enabled, click Save at the bottom of the page and ask all users to refresh their browser.
