10 STEPS

1. To enable or disable Call Recordings, click Configuration

4. If "Enable Call Recording" is enabled and you wish to disable it, de-select the checkbox for Enable call recording - scroll down and click Save.

5. If "Enable call recording" is not enabled, click the checkbox to Enable call recording

6. Click inside the Options area and choose your options for which states/territories you want to have call recording enabled.

7. For this example, we'll choose All states

8. Scroll down and click on "Enable call recording for inbound calls" to ensure all inbound calls are recorded.

9. Click on "Enable call recording for outgoing calls" to ensure all outbound calls are recorded.

10. Scroll down and click Save
