8 STEPS
1. To adjust the duration for Inbound and Outbound ring times, click Configuration
2. Click Company Settings
3. Click Call Settings
4. Scroll down to "Outgoing calls timeout" and click the dropdown to choose the desired duration you want outbound calls to ring until someone picks up or goes to a voicemail.
5. For this example, we will select 60 seconds
6. Scroll down to "Timeout for direct inbound calls" and click the up/down arrow to adjust the duration for inbound calls to ring your users before going to voicemail.
7. Scroll down and click Save
8. Wait for the green success notification to confirm the settings have been saved.
