To send specific users an email when a new Company Voicemail is received, navigate to Configuration --> Company Settings --> Notification Settings, scroll to the section for "Send Emails On Voicemails for IVRs", click inside the area and select the user or users you wish to have receive emails for IVR Voicemails.  Once finished selecting the user or users, scroll to the bottom and click Save.
