If you want to ensure no SMS (or potentially email) marketing automation is sent on a day that you are not in the office, you can modify your Hours of Operation for a specific day of the week by going to Configuration --> Company Settings --> Hours of Operation, and for the day you will not be in the office, change the "From" hours to 12:01am and the "To" hours to 12:02am, scroll to the bottom and click Save. 
 
NOTE:  If this is a temporary change to your normal hours, be sure to remember to change this back (if needed) after the day passes.
