The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

These instructions explain how to create a new text (SMS) marketing campaign in Ricochet by navigating to Configuration > Marketing Automation, starting a new automation, selecting Text/SMS as the automation type, and choosing the specific type of text automation to configure.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.

1. To create a new Text campaign, click Configuration

2. Click Marketing Automation

3. Click Create New Automation

4. Click the dropdown to choose the type of Automation you wish to create

5. Select Text / SMS

6. Proceed to pick the type of text automation you wish to create.
