How do I turn on / turn off an Email campaign?

Location in Ricochet: Configuration > Marketing Automation


Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above


These instructions explain how to enable or disable an email marketing campaign in Ricochet by navigating to Configuration > Marketing Automation and selecting the Emails tab. They describe using the status icon to toggle a campaign between active and inactive states, confirming the change, and note that this action is available to users with the appropriate administrative permissions.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.


1. To turn on or off an Email campaign, click Configuration



2. Click Marketing Automation


3. Click the Emails tab


4. If you have a campaign that is active (green/white) and you want to make it inactive, click the icon


5. Click Ok to confirm making the campaign inactive.


6. If the campaign is inactive (grey/white), and you want to make it active, click the icon


7. Click Ok to confirm making the campaign Active.
