How can I re-trigger a Blast Email campaign?

Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


These instructions explain how to re-trigger a Blast Email campaign in Ricochet by navigating to Configuration > Marketing Automation, opening the Emails tab, and clicking the play button to re-queue the emails. They include confirming the action and acknowledging that some emails from the initial campaign attempt may still be queued, which could result in duplicates being sent.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.


1. To re-trigger a Blast Email campaign, click Configuration



2. Click Marketing Automation


3. Click the Emails tab


4. Click the play button to re-queue the emails for the blast campaign.


5. Click Ok to confirm re-sending emails for the blast campaign.


6. Click Ok again to acknowledge that there may possibly be emails still queued to send for the first campaign attempt and may result in duplicate emails being sent.
