How can I duplicate an Email Template?

Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

This article describes how to duplicate email templates in the marketing automation tab.

Resolution

To duplicate an email template, navigate to Configuration --> Marketing Automation, click the Email Templates tab, and in the "Actions" column, click the green duplicate button to duplicate the template.
  
The duplicate will appear at the bottom of the list with the name "Copy of" at the beginning of the name.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
