Description
This instruction describes how to configure the HTML based default email signature for an agent.
Resolution
All signature areas in Ricochet must be HTML-based. To create a signature that will work inside Ricochet: * Visit a resource like https://wordtohtml.net to convert a text-based signature into HTML-based (you can upload images as well to that site to be used) * Copy the HTML-based signature from that site into one of the Signature fields of the Agent Profile (found in Manage -> Agents -> Hooks for Email) * Click Save for that user's profile.
