To enable or disable IP Restrictions, navigate to Configuration --> Company Settings --> Company Services and check or uncheck the box for "Enable IP restriction", scroll to the bottom and click Save.  Refresh your browser for the changes to propagate across the platform.

Once the setting is enabled, navigate to Manage --> Branches, edit the Branch you want to enable IP Restrictions for, check the box for Enable IP Restriction and add the IP address(es) for your office in the text area, then click Save.

After adding the IP Address(es), navigate to Manage --> Agents, click Edit for the Agent you want to restrict access to, and under the Security area, check the checkbox for "Enable IP Restriction", scroll down and click Save.
