Purpose: How to edit an existing vendor campaign

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission
This instruction describes how and in what situations to edit an existing vendor campaign in the system.
Resolution
It is not recommended to edit an existing Vendor Campaign unless you are modifying the label or simply indicating the vendor campaign will be used / not used for Live Lead Transfers. Once a vendor campaign is created, you cannot modify the Posting URL, only the label can be modified after a Vendor Campaign is created. It is recommended to create a new Vendor Campaign if you need to make adjustments to the Posting URL. If you still wish to edit an existing Vendor Campaign, navigate to Manage --> Vendors, click the dropdown arrow next to the vendor name to expose any eligible Campaigns, click Edit for the Vendor Campaign you want to edit and make the adjustments to either the Label and/or Live Lead Transfer checkbox and click Save. Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
