Step 1 image

2. Click Spam Guru

Step 2 image

3. Adjust your "Maximum Outbound Calls per Number per Day" by dragging the slider to your desired max calls per number.

Step 3 image

4. If our system detects that you are over your max call threshold for any IVR number, you can fix the issue by purchasing more numbers.

Click the "Fix it Now" button to open Ahoy and purchase all necessary numbers (you may be prompted to log in).

Step 4 image

5. In addition to the "Fix it Now" button, you can search individually by area code by clicking the area code - this will search Ahoy (in a new tab) for the area code clicked.

You may be prompted to log into Ahoy again.

Step 5 image

6. Below the list of phone numbers that are over the threshold is the list of all of your Inbound IVR numbers.

You can enable and disable Spam Guru monitoring for each number.  Enabling Spam Guru will also enable Local Caller ID for that number.

Step 6 image

7. When you toggle a number to be monitored by Spam Guru, you'll be presented with a prompt indicating that the number will be enabled for Local Caller ID and added to the pool of available numbers for outbound calls.

Step 7 image

8. If there is a number already active in Spam Guru that you want to disable, click the toggle button to the "Off" position.

Step 8 image

9. The prompt that appears will ask if you want to remove the number from the pool of numbers used for outbound calling (as monitored by Spam Guru - Local Caller ID will still be enabled).

To fully turn off Local Caller ID, edit the phone settings.

Step 9 image

10. You can search for specific phone numbers or by the name/label of the phone number in the search box.

Step 10 image

11. You can search for partial phone numbers or text from the label/name of the IVR number (the results will pull anything that matches the value entered).

Step 11 image

12. You can sort your IVR numbers by Daily Call Count for the current day (calculates calls made automated + manual calls using that number as the caller ID)

Step 12 image

13. You can sort your Inbound IVR list by the Average Daily Call Count by number.  This will average the number of outbound calls over the last 30 days (Monday through Friday only).

Step 13 image

14. You can also filter your Inbound IVR numbers by Local Presence (Local Caller ID) to see which of your Inbound IVR numbers has Local Presence/Local Caller ID enabled.
