Purpose: How to insert signature on email messages

Description
This article addresses the steps to insert a signature on email messages inside Ricochet.

1. If your Agent profile has an HTML-based signature added (can be completed by an Admin only), and you have your SMTP credentials added, you can choose a signature to be used for sending emails.
First, click the Email Messaging section icon.

2. Click Compose
3. Click the dropdown to choose from the available signatures you have available. The signature will display in the email text area below.
Note: There may be just one listed in the dropdown - check with an Admin to review your Agent profile for more.
4. To change the signature option, click the dropdown and select the other signature option
5. If there's a 2nd or more options, choosing the alternate option will display the signature below in the email text area.
