To enable the setting for adding a custom caller ID to an Agent's outbound phone number, first navigate to Configuration --> Company Settings --> User Experience & Agent Settings, check the box for "Show Custom Caller ID when editing an agent", scroll to the bottom and click Save. Refresh your browser, navigate to Manage --> Agents, edit the agent's profile and enter the Custom Caller ID in the "Custom CID" field and click Save.
