12 STEPS

1. To apply an Inbound IVR template to your phone number(s), click Configuration

2. Click Phone Settings

3. You can apply the IVR Template from the main Phone Settings page by clicking the checkbox next to each number you wish to apply.

5. Click the dropdown to select your IVR Template you wish to apply.

6. For this example, we'll select Company Holiday Template

7. Click the blue check box to apply the changes

8. Click Ok to confirm and apply the template.

9. The other way to apply an IVR template individually is within each phone number.  Click Edit for the phone number you want to edit.

10. Wait for the page to fully load then click the dropdown under "Use Settings from an IVR Template"

11. For this example, we will select Company Holiday Template.

The phone settings page will refresh to apply the settings.

12. Click Save to apply the changes to the phone number.
