This article describes how to configure webhooks to open in a new tab.

Resolution

Yes you can make the webhook open in a new browser tab by checking the box for "Open webhook in new tab" on the webhook configuration page.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
