What are the different User Service types in Ricochet?

Description

This article addresses the definition of each user service type existent in Ricochet.

Resolution

Admin User Service: Admin seats are used for Ricochet360 users who will not be utilizing the automation of Ricochet (Dialing, Marketing Automation), but rather using the platform for administrative purposes. Users with Admin User Service can manually dial and receive inbound calls.

Deskphone User Service: Deskphone seats are used for Ricochet360 users who will only use Ricochet360 as a cloud-based phone system. Deskphone seats will not have access to Administrative permissions inside Ricochet. Deskphone seats will not be eligible for automation (Dialing, Marketing Automation). Users with Deskphone User Service can manually dial and receive inbound calls.

Galaxy User Service: Galaxy seats are the most popular seats used for Ricochet360. Galaxy seats permit the user to have full access to the automation functionality of Ricochet (Dialing, Marketing Automation). Galaxy seats also have access to additional features of the Ricochet360 platform including access to Lead Management, Internal Chat/Messaging, Gamification and more). This seat have unlimited minutes included. This seat costs $165/monthly.

Explorer User Service: Explorer seats are similar to Galaxy seats but with 2,500 minutes included, overage of $0.05 per minute above the included rate. This seat costs $125/monthly.

Booster User Service: Booster seats are similar to Galaxy seats but with 2,000 minutes included, overage of $0.05 per minute above the included rate. This seat costs $85/monthly.
