If you want to port in one or more phone numbers, we will need:
-- A copy of your current / most recent invoice with your current carrier
-- A completely filled out Letter of Authorization for the specific carrier you are porting to (see below for links to the LoA forms)
To submit a port in request, click the "Not Helpful" button at the bottom of this article to get to our ticket submission form and select from the Primary Issue/Topic dropdown: Porting In.
Attach the necessary documentation depending on the Industry you are in and the carrier you need to port to.
