How do I port in one or more phone numbers to Ricochet?

Description

This article addresses how to port phone numbers in to Ricochet.

Resolution

If you want to port in one or more phone numbers, we will need:

-- A copy of your current / most recent invoice with your current carrier 
-- A completely filled out Letter of Authorization for the specific carrier you are porting to (see below for links to the LoA forms)

To submit a port in request, go to ticket submission form and select from the Primary Issue/Topic dropdown: Porting In.

Attach the necessary documentation depending on the Industry you are in and the carrier you need to port to.
