To submit a feature request or custom development request:

1. Search through the Ricochet360 Knowledge Base to see if your feature is already available.

2. If the feature is not available, back on the Ricochet360 Support Widget inside Ricochet or Ahoy, click the "Not Helpful" button at the bottom of any related article to submit a Feature Request/Custom Development ticket.

3. Choose "Feature Request / Suggestion" from the dropdown menu for Primary Issue / Topic and proceed with the remaining prompts.

Please note that although we will take your feature request or custom development request when submitting the ticket, we cannot guarantee the feature request or custom development request will be created, however it will be sent to our development team for future consideration.
  
We currently are not accepting any paid custom development requests until further notice, but they will also be sent to our development team for future consideration.

If you have access to Ricochet's Ahoy Management Portal - click anywhere in this message to open the Ahoy Management Portal and the Support Widget.
