Description

This article addresses the step by step to submit a feature request or a custom development in Ricochet.

Resolution

To submit a feature request or custom development request:

1. Search through the Ricochet360 Knowledge Base to see if your feature is already available.

2. If the feature is not available, go back on the Ricochet360 Support Widget inside Ricochet or Ahoy

3. Choose "Feature Request / Suggestion" from the dropdown menu for Primary Issue / Topic and proceed with the remaining prompts.

Please note that although we will take your feature request or custom development request when submitting the ticket, we cannot guarantee the feature request or custom development request will be created, however it will be sent to our development team for future consideration.
