To recover leads that were deleted from Ricochet: 1. Click "Not Helpful" at the bottom of this article inside the Ricochet360 Help Widget 2. On the Support Ticket widget form, choose "Lead Management" from the "Primary Issue / Topic" dropdown, then select "Recover Deleted Leads" from the sub-dropdown "Lead Management Issue". 3. Fill in all the requested/required information - specifically in the "Lead Name / Phone / Lead ID" text box, provide the lead names/numbers as examples to recover. 4. If you have a wide range of leads to recover (from a list import or other batch deletion), please provide those additional details in the Additional Information section as well.
