If you need to change a user's seat type from one seat to another, there are a few steps to take as long as you have full access to the Ahoy Management Portal.

From inside the Ahoy Management Portal:

You'll want to ensure you have enough available seats to make the switch.  If you do not, you'll need to buy the seat you want to move the user to.

Example:  If you are moving an agent that has "Admin" seat type to "Galaxy", and you do not have enough open seats for Galaxy, click on "Buy Users", add 1 user seat to your account, and then you can proceed to change the seat for the user.

Once you have enough seats added for the change, click on Edit for the user.

Click the dropdown for "User Service" and choose the Seat Type you want to assign to the user.

Scroll down and click "Update User Service" and ask the user, if signed into Ricochet already, to refresh their browser.
