Ricochet360 is excited to announce live product support! Simply click here to be connected to our virtual office and an experienced customer support representative will assist you with your request! If you would prefer to submit a support ticket you can now do so by clicking on the "Ricochet360 Support" menu on the help modelMost Importantly - when submitting a ticket, be sure to choose the most accurate "Primary Issue/Topic" from the dropdown for proper routing and assistance.
