5 STEPS

1. The “Show Statuses Progression” option on the Agent Performance Report allows you to see how many leads moved from one status to another for each Agent in the report.

To begin, click on Select date to choose the timeframe to run your Agent report

2. For this example, we'll click Last 7 days

3. Click Search to display your results.

You may also want to uncheck the box "Only Show Leads Created In Time Frame" to show more data (leads that had activity in the timeframe above, not just leads created in the selected timeframe)

4. Click the checkbox for Show Statuses Progression

5. There will be new columns added to the report that show how many leads went from one status to another.

The blue text illustrates a total number of leads that were affected during the set timeframe in the report.
