What if I do not remember my current password when updating or changing my password?

If you are unsure of your current password (it may be stored in Google Chrome or some other password retention program on your computer/browser), you can ask one of your Admins on the Ricochet account to reset your password for you.  

Alternatively - you can sign out of Ricochet if currently signed in, or from the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password.

FOR ADMINS:  Navigate to Manage --> Agents, edit the user's profile and at the top right, enter a new password for the user and click Save at the bottom.
