If you are unsure of your current password (it may be stored in Google Chrome or some other password retention program on your computer/browser), you can ask one of your Admins on the Ricochet account to reset your password for you. Alternatively - you can sign out of Ricochet if currently signed in, or from the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password. FOR ADMINS: Navigate to Manage --> Agents, edit the user's profile and at the top right, enter a new password for the user and click Save at the bottom.
