Purpose: How to reset Ricochet360 password

Description
This articles describes how to reset the password to Ricochet360 when a user is unable to log into his account, and what to do when the login is locked out.
Resolution
If you are locked out of your account, please join our Live Zoom Support so we can reset you access immediately. To reset your Ricochet CRM password: 1. Verify that you have the correct URL entered in the address bar. We have multiple platforms to log into, so please be sure you are attempting to log into the correct URL (check with your Ricochet Admin for the correct Ricochet URL) 2. If you have the correct URL and are still unable to log in with the email address on your Ricochet account, click on the Forgot Password link just underneath the Email Address/Password section3. Follow the prompts on the next screen to reset your password
An Administrator on the account can also reset your password for you. Admins: Inside Ricochet, Navigate to Manage -> Agents. Click "Edit" for the user that needs to have their password reset. In the "Security" section, enter the agent's new password twice, scroll down and click Save. Provide the new password to the agent so they can log in.
