Description
This article explains how to manage default email client when using click to email in the user settings tab.
Resolution
There are 4 options to choose from as your "Default Email Client" - which will open up when you use the Click to Email button on a lead. To change your option, navigate to Configuration -> User Settings -> General Settings tab and choose from one of the 4 options in the "Default Email Client" dropdown: Native Email Client: This will open the default email client/application installed and set as default on your computer. Gmail Online: This will open up Gmail's login page in a new tab on your browser. Outlook Online: This will open up Outlook's login page in a new tab on your browser. Outlook Office365 Online: This will open up Outlook Office365's login page in a new tab on your browser.
