Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

This article explains how to delete drip intervals on text/SMS send & Message options tab.

Resolution

To delete a Drip Text Interval message, you'll need to click the "Remove" button for the interval you wish to remove.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
