Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

These instructions describe how to create a reusable text (SMS) template within the Marketing Automation settings. The process walks through selecting the Text Template automation type, composing the message content, optionally inserting dynamic lead, user, or branch fields for personalization, reviewing the template details, naming the template, and saving it. Once created, the template is active by default and can be toggled on or off, allowing users to reuse standardized text messages across campaigns.
