The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

This article describes how to edit existing distribution rules in the distribution & tags page.

Resolution

To edit an existing Distribution Rule, navigate to Configuration --> Distribution & Tags, click the Edit button under the Actions column and make the necessary changes to the distribution rule, then click Save.

Once the rule has been updated and saved, click "Tag All Leads" to apply the new rule's settings to all leads in your system.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
