Purpose: How to delete an existing team
Location in Ricochet: Management > Teams

Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above

This instruction describes how to delete an existing team in the system.

Resolution

To delete an existing team, navigate to Manage --> Teams, click Delete and confirm deleting the team.

NOTE:  The users will not be deleted from Ricochet, only the team that was created will be deleted.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
