Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above


This article addresses how a user can delete existing call event actions in Ricochet on the event actions page.


Resolution

To delete an existing Call Event action, navigate to Configuration --> Event Actions and click Delete for the Call Event Action you want to delete.  

NOTE:  This action is not reversible.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
