The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

This instruction describes how to duplicate an existing dialer campaign in the system. 

Resolution

To duplicate an existing dialer campaign, navigate to Manage --> Dialer Campaigns, find the campaign you want to duplicate and click the Duplicate button.  Scroll to the duplicated campaign (the name of the campaign will start with "Copy of"), click Edit, make the necessary updates, then click Save.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
