Description

This article explains the purpose of the priority filter on the dialer campaign page.   

Resolution

The Priority slider filter allows you to give campaigns a specific priority over other campaigns.  The higher the number, the more likely a lead will be pulled from the higher priority campaign when an Agent goes Online and is eligible to call that lead.

NOTE:  The priority slider filter does not ensure that the higher priority campaigns will be called first, completely, over the lower priority campaigns.  It ensures that the probability of a higher-priority campaign lead could be pulled up for the Agent over a lower priority, but is not a guarantee.
