When adding a tag to the "Include" section of a dialer campaign, each time you save the campaign, the system will prompt you and ask if you want make all the selected agents eligible for all selected (filtered) tags.

If the tag(s) added are not a restricted tag, it does not matter whether you click Yes or No, the tag will be added and no changes will be made to the tag rules.



If the tag(s) added are restricted to certain users, and there are users outside of the restriction in the campaign, clicking "Yes" will add those users to the Restricted eligibility.

Clicking "No" will keep the existing users on the restriction.
