How can I copy information from the Lead Management Page?

Description

This article explains how to copy information from fields on the Lead Management Page using the built-in right-click copy functionality, including confirmation that the data has been successfully copied to the clipboard.

Resolution

1. On the Lead Management page, any value on the table can go straight to your clipboard without opening a single lead.

2. Hover the field you want and right-click it.

3. A confirmation appears at the top right of the page, quoting the exact value Ricochet360 has copied for you.

4. Phone numbers come with a twist: the table shows them formatted, with brackets and dashes, but the value copied is the raw digits with nothing but numbers. That is the format a dialer or a spreadsheet import expects.

5. It is not limited to one row or one column. Right-click a name, a company, an email address or a status, any cell on the table, and it copies the same way. There is no highlighting and no dragging.
