What is the Global Caller ID section used for?

The Global Caller ID section of the Company Info page will allow you to enter a Caller ID that will be used only in the event that:  

-- The Agent does not have an assigned phone number to their account

-- The Agent does not have a custom caller ID added to their Agent profile

-- There are no Local Caller ID numbers set up in your platform.

Admin

Galaxy

Booster


Applicable Permissions

Administrator
