Description
This article explains the use of the global caller ID in the company info tab.
Resolution
The Global Caller ID section of the Company Info page will allow you to enter a Caller ID that will be used only in the event that:
-- The Agent does not have an assigned phone number to their account
-- The Agent does not have a custom caller ID added to their Agent profile
