To add a custom outbound caller ID for an Agent, two steps need to be completed: 1. Navigate to Configuration --> Company Settings --> User Experience & Agent Settings, check the box for "Show Custom Caller ID when editing an agent", click Save and refresh your browser. 2. Navigate to Manage --> Agents, click Edit for the user you want to update, click in the Custom CID area and type the phone number you want to have show up for the users' outbound calls. Click Save when completed. NOTE: You should have access to the phone number being entered in the Custom CID area in the event a return call is made, it can be picked up. NOTE: If you have Local Caller ID (Local Presence) set up and a number being called matches a number set up for Local Caller ID (Local Presence), the Custom Caller ID entered will continue be used (Custom Caller ID takes priority over all other caller IDs such as Local Presence).
