Can I delete other users’ SMTP Credentials?

Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above

This article describes how admins can delete other user's SMTP Credentials in user settings tab.

Resolution

Only users with Administrator permissions can delete SMTP Credentials for other users from the Configuration --> User Settings --> SMTP Credentials tab.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
