The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above
This article describes how an admin can delete other user's IMAP credentials in user settings tab.
Resolution
If you have Administrator permissions in Ricochet, you can delete other users' IMAP Credentials in Configuration --> User Settings --> IMAP Credentials tab. Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
