This article describes the data types contained in webhooks.
Resolution
The different data types for Webhooks in the URI Parameters section are: * Static - type a static value to send to your destination * Lead Field - select a field from Ricochet and send to your destination * Lead Field with Prepended Value - select a field from Ricochet, add text before the field and send to your destination * Lead Tag Field - select a field from the Tag section (lead ID, tag ID, auto_added, Tag Name) to send to your destination. * Note Field - select a note field to send to your destination * System Field - select a system field to send to your destination * User Field - select a custom field from the Agent's profile to send to your destination * User Field with Prepended Value - select a custom field from the Agent's profile, add text before the field and send to your destination * Call Field - select a call field to send to your destination * Text Messaging Field - select a text messaging field to send to your destination
