The different Event Types for Call Event Actions are: * Call Transfers To User - event triggers upon successful call transfer internally from one user to another (and any other matching filters in Event Actions) * Call Transfers To Numbers - event triggers upon successful call transfer an outside phone number (and any other matching filters in Event Actions) * Call Transfers To Teams - event triggers upon successful call transfer internally from one user to a user on a Team (and any other matching filters in Event Actions) * Call Finished - event triggers upon successful call completion (and any other matching filters in Event Actions) * Call Connected - event triggers upon a call being connected (and any other matching filters in Event Actions) * Missed Incoming Call - event triggers upon any missed incoming call to an Inbound IVR or Direct Inbound to Agent's assigned phone number (and any other matching filters in Event Actions)
