Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

This article addresses the step by step users have to take to edit existing scripts in Ricochet.

Resolution

To edit a script, navigate to Configuration --> Script Management, find the script you want to edit and click the Edit button under the Actions column.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
