When I click Preview in Script Management, no Preview box comes up, why?

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

This article addresses what happens when Preview is clicked in the script management page in Ricochet.

Resolution

There are times that the Script Preview will not find a lead eligible based on the filters set in the Script to display a preview.  

If you feel there is a lead that should display the script created, navigate to the Lead Management Page, click inside the lead you feel it should show, and click the "View Scripts" button to preview the script.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
