Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above


This article addresses how a user can edit existing call event actions in Ricochet on the event actions page.


Resolution

To edit an existing Call Event action, navigate to Configuration --> Event Actions and click Edit for the Call Event action you wish to modify.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
