Why is my List Import being processed overnight?

Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above


This article addresses the reason why some list imports are set aside to be processed overnight in Ricochet.


Resolution


Some list imports are too large to process during normal business hours and are set aside to queue up for overnight processing when there is minimal to no impact to other smaller list imports.

We cannot override the list import queue for any lead lists.
